As a Security Access & Vetting Administrator, you will coordinate security applications and BPSS applications for ADSL stakeholders. You will also cover the security office reception and VCP’s, issue service keys and passes, and communicate with the security team daily. You will ensure accurate data input and output, follow Authority security regulations and ADSL procedures, report any security breaches, and maintain confidentiality. You will also perform any reasonable duties, work safely, adopt QHSE policies and practices, and complete any Mandatory training. You will manage / work within the company safe systems of work.

To be successful in this role, you will need working knowledge of Word/Excel and general IT software, GCSE Maths and English ‘C’ or above, and a full UK valid driving licence. You will also need experience of working in an office/administrative environment, a good customer service background, ability to work in a team environment, good organisational skills, self-discipline and ability to use own initiative, a flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude, and to be able to achieve Basic Security Clearance. It would be desirable if you also have knowledge of MoD Security Regulations, experience of working in a military environment, and knowledge of Site Access Management System (SAMS Sisys).

You will also demonstrate the following skills: communication, teamwork, customer service, health and safety, and organisation. You will communicate clearly to inform and influence others on what they need to know and work effectively with others and contribute to the team’s goals. You will know how to respond to customers in a polite and friendly manner and meet their expectations, and take care to ensure the health, safety and welfare of self and others and follow the company’s QHSE policies and procedures. You will also have very good organisational skills and manage your work efficiently and effectively.

Salary: £23,038 per annum 
Location: Tidworth / Bulford
