JOB TITLE: Security Capability, Insight and Liason Manager

Salary: £68,202 - £79569
LOCATION(S): Halifax, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

We currently have a vacancy within the Chief Security Office - Policy, Compliance & Assurance hub here at Lloyds Banking Group.

Our remit includes evidencing the Group's security capabilities, such as Cyber Insurance, Industry Benchmarking & Regulatory / Industry requests. This means we can influence the content that goes into the Group's Annual Report on security. We also actively co-ordinate the Chief Security Office's response to industry & Government consultations.

Key accountabilities:

  • Responding to regulatory requests for information.

  • Providing guidance on the impact of emerging regulatory changes to the Group and our 3rd parties.

  • Working collaboratively with SMEs across the security team to bring to life the operational impact of security related regulatory changes.

  • Provide the security response into Group externally published documents.

  • Using insight to drive security remediation activities.

  • Identifying themes & trends to proactively influence Business Area security capabilities.

  • Operate / identify / drive simplification and automation of processes and controls to drive a more efficient and effective security operating model.

What you'll need
A colleague to join our team, working with us to demonstrate to our external stakeholders how we operate and embed our security capabilities, Policy, Standards and appropriate frameworks, on behalf of the overall Group and specific business units.

  • Someone who has experience of reviewing and implementing security policy

  • An understanding of the security requirements from the financial regulatory environment, responding to both internal and regulatory requests, who will work with partners across the organisation to agree a consensus.

  • To support the Group to safely go faster, we need to be brilliant at storytelling, to convey the reasons behind what is requested, it helps to be proactive and organised too.
