We are seeking a Security Engineer with experience of Zscaler for our client based in either Glasgow or London. This role will be office based 2 days per week and the remainder remote.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of the Zscaler security platform.
• Ensure the platform's high availability and deliver an optimal user experience for our clients.
• Design, develop, and optimise Zscaler modules to meet organisational needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of Zscaler Analysts, overseeing task assignments, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering team development.
• Drive the adoption and maturity of Zscaler processes throughout the organisation, fostering best practices in IT security.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of the Zscaler platform, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure a robust and secure IT environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong familiarity with Zscaler platform integration and APIs.
• Proven experience in Zscaler administration and development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues.
• Certification or training in Zscaler is a plus, desired Certified Cloud Administrator (ZIA, ZDX, ZPA)
