Title – Security Officer

Pay Rate – £11.44ph

Location - Southport, PR8

Shift Pattern – 12-hour shift pattern Mon to Sunday

You will be working in a well-known corporate site, which deals with very prestige clientele. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike. T his is a Front of House Security role, which requires high standard of customer service, as you will be required to deal with reception duties, escorting visitors, external patrols, and authorisation of visitors passes.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the site premises.
• Investigating disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the site.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations.
• Effectively conducting searches and dealing with gallery visitors
• High standards and understanding Front of House Corporate environment role.
• Be proactive and keen to interact with Guest and colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following :

• SIA License- Door Supervisor essential
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• High Standards of Personal presentation (Suit, white shirt, tie).
• High standard of conduct – no use of mobile phones, etc.
• Computer literate in all Microsoft applications.
• Experience in a similar role, would add an advantage.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
