Security Officer

Do you have experience in and enjoy helping others, in particular young people? Our Security Officers are vital in keeping students, staff, visitors and our buildings safe. They are friendly and diligent and work hard to contribute to the success of the University.  As part of a close knit and loyal team, you will be involved in patrolling the campus, engaging one-to-one with students who need some support, responding to alarms and incidents and a whole lot more.  No two days are the same and it is never boring. This is a permanent position, working annualised hours, working 1924 hours a week. Flexible working options including job share will be considered.
