This role is not just about maintaining security; it’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where our students and staff can thrive. Key Responsibilities:Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all timesCarrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requestedEnsuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered toCompleting all necessary reports in line with company documentationAccess / Egress controlKey Holding responsibilitiesControlling and monitoring access to the carparksAdhering to policies and procedures at all timesGeneral refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on siteProvide a high standard of customer serviceBe polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethosHave a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations. Requirements:Essential: Valid SIA LicenceCommitment to providing first class customer serviceGood verbal and written communicationFully comprehensive 5-year work/education historyExcellent attention to detailAbout FRGAt First Response Group (FRG), we are a recognized leader in security, risk, and facilities management solutions.
