Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience.
We are looking to recruit an experienced security guard for a full time, permanent position working an average of 56 hours per week. Friday to Thursday, Days (07:00 -19:00 (7 Day shifts) Tuesday to Monday Nights (7 shifts) on a 21 day rolling night and day rota.
The salary offered is £13.15 an hour.
Central London location - Gresham Street.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience as a corporate office security guard
- Strong admin skills (there are administration task included in this role)
- An in date SIA licence
- A seamless traceable 5 year employment history
The successful applicant will undergo BS7858 vetting with full clearance required before any employment may commence.
As part of the duties included in the role, there are periods of 1 hour standing during shifts

As an Anabas security guard you will play an active role in the Security Group, as part of a 24hr shift team responsible for actively patrolling and protecting the whole of the clients site, including its assets; as well as maintaining a secure and safe environment for visitors, staff and contractors. In addition to playing an active role in incident response as instructed by the shift Supervisor / Manager.
Based at our clients site in the Gresham Street area of central London, you will actively support Health and Safety objectives by responding to all emergencies in accordance with procedure and to play an integral part in the safe evacuation of visitors, staff, and contractors minimising risk, dealing with unsocial behavior, first aid incidents (or assistance to trained first-aiders).
