Job Opportunity
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter the premises
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles and personnel, verifying identification and documentation to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Utilise computer systems to efficiently book in and out agency staff and vehicles, maintaining accurate records of their entry and exit from the premises
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide assistance as needed, and report any irregularities or security concerns to the appropriate authorities
- Use CCTV systems to monitor activities within the vicinity, identifying any suspicious behaviour or security breaches, and take swift and appropriate action in the event of emergencies or security incidents
- Follow established protocols for emergency procedures, including evacuations and lockdowns, while maintaining detailed logs and reports of security activities, including incidents, patrols, and gatehouse operations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Driving Licence
- Access to vehicle/good public transport links
- Right to work in the UK
- Provide a five-year checkable employment/education history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
- 3yrs+ Security Experience
- Computer literate
- Good English skills - Written and verbal
