Role: Cyber Security Researcher
Location: Remote, Central London Office 1x Day Per Week (Zone 1)
Working Preference: Remote first, Hybrid Option
Salary and Package: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Overview of the client:
InfoSec People are partnered with an up-and-coming start-up consultancy in the AI space, who have a Security Researcher opportunity!
This would be a great fit if you've previously worked for a security start-up or Managed Service Provider, and you have a background in security engineer/malware analysis. The client are growing their teams exponentially over the next year, and are made up of curious professionals in the space, and a problem-solving mindset is very much encouraged in this role.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Python.
- Good understanding of C/C++.
- PhD or Masters degree in a relevant area
- Familiar with major reverse engineering toolkits such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, or Radare 2.
- Experience working with and generating YARA and CAPA rules is beneficial.
- You are familiar with or have some prior experience reverse engineering, analysing malware, and can communicate effectively in a team.
