Security Van Driver - GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 (Full-Time Position)

Join the Driver Hire Twickenham team and embark on a fulfilling career as a Security Van Driver with a reputable and established high-end secure delivery company, specializing in the transportation of valuable goods. Our fleet includes long-wheelbase transit vans, offering a dynamic and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute pickups and deliveries of high-value shipments.
• Ensure the safety of assets at all times.
• Drive the vehicle while adhering to road safety regulations.
• Complete daily reports and vehicle inspections.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.

Hours and Work Schedule:

Engage in an alternating shift pattern of lates and earlies, with one week of earlies followed by one week of lates and so forth.

Early Shift: Commences at 8 am

Late Shift: Starts at 10 am

Overtime Opportunities:

Unlock overtime opportunities and explore optional weekend work at an enhanced rate of pay and bonus. Weekend bonus includes an extra GBP25, and the pay is GBP20 per hour. For bank holiday shifts, enjoy a GBP50 bonus with a pay rate of GBP20 per hour.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Possession of a full 3.5T UK License (Cat B) with no more than 6 points.
• Holding an SIA License is advantageous but not essential.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• A background in security or the military is advantageous but not essential.
• A DBS (Criminal Record Check) will be required; we can assist with the process.
