Description:
Berry Recruitment are seeking a temporary receptionist with an SIA licence to join a busy establishment based in Peterborough from 28th June 2024 to 30th August 2024.
This position is for one day a week - Friday only with working hours from 8am to 5pm, with potential over time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- An SIA licence is required for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, etc.)
- Punctuality and reliability
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: £12
