Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Redruth, Cornwall
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: 400- 450 per week
Contract Type:Long Term, Full Time
Full UK driving license and access to car mandatory

GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants for distinguished client schools in Redruth to start immediately.
Ideally, you will be required to provide support to children who have SEN (including ASC, ADHD & SEMH) in groups or 1:1, within a classroom setting. You will have to be confident and able to work as part of a team, that challenge and support the progress of pupils.

- Previous experience in a 1:1 support, personal care, or Teaching Assistant position.
Job responsibilities:
- Cultivating and advancing the Academy's curriculum and atmosphere, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Evaluating student advancements and verifying that they align with the objectives outlined in their EHCP.
- Taking charge of the student's professional development by ensuring their active involvement in all educational undertakings.
