We are looking for dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultants eager to boost their earnings. Our pay structure is straightforward: you keep 60% of everything you bill, significantly more than what high street recruitment companies offer.
For example, if you're currently earning a basic salary of £24,000 with a 10% commission, billing £20K per month would bring in about £4,000 monthly. With us, billing the same amount at a 60% commission rate means your monthly earnings would be £12,000!
Would you prefer to earn £4,000 a month or £12,000? Would you rather work a standard 9-5 job or join us to set your own hours and work from home, avoiding daily commutes?
This role is initially self-employed, allowing you to choose your working hours and days, making it ideal for both part-time and full-time recruitment agents. Although there is no starting salary, our high commission rates offer substantial earning potential.
We seek ambitious consultants aiming to earn over £50K while enjoying flexible work arrangements.
