We are seeking a results driven, highly motivated self starter with the ability to manage the end to end commercial recruitment process with both clients and candidates.
Job Summary
To source, assess, pre-select and promote suitable candidates for client job vacancies whilst proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of client business though effective business development activity.
Requirements
- Proven track record in commercial recruitment (3+ years)
- High standard of interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and candidates
- Knowledge of current recruitment legislations
- Confident problem solving and decision making abilities
