Contract: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Rate: £90-105 per day
At Remedy we are seeking three dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant who is willing to shape the future of young pupils Our client is a primary school based in south London, if you are looking to travel via transport there are excellent transport networks.
The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant:
- Provide personalised support to students with SEMH needs, fostering growth through tailored interventions.
- Bring individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans to life, ensuring each student's unique needs are met.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment, nurturing the social and emotional well-being of our extraordinary students.
- Collaborate closely with passionate educators and professionals to create a holistic approach to student development.
- Assist students in honing effective communication and social skills for lifelong success.
- Employ positive behaviour management strategies, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
- Encourage and facilitate student engagement in classroom activities, making learning an exciting journey.
SEMH Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an SEN and supporting students with SEMH.
- Bring a patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills that resonate with our unique community.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
