Role Details:
- Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: September 2024
- Hours: Full-time (5 days per week), 8.30am to 3.30pm
- Pay: £85 to £95 per day
Responsibilities: As a 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH, you will:
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting emotional well-being.
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to address individual needs.
