At YSA Education, we are looking to recruit one-to-one SEMH Teaching Assistants to work on a long term to permanent basis at a SEMH School for secondary aged children. The roles are starting ASAP . You will be dealing with challenging behaviour, excellent communication is a must, both spoken and written.

As a Teaching Assistant, you would be required to work alongside the class teacher and be able to support where needed. You will be working on a one-to-one basis.

This means you would be required to have the below skills:

- Team player

- Good communication skills

- Proactive

- Passionate

- Innovative

- Experience supporting SEN needs inside or outside the classroom

At YSA, you have freedom and flexibility of your work life balance. We support schools with Adhoc requirements as well as both Short Term and Long Term placements. Successful applicants could also be offered the ability to go Temp to Perm with the school.
