Semi Skilled Labourer

```Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist with construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Perform general labor duties as assigned

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
