Semi-skilled Mechanic/Labourer

On behalf of our client we have an immediate opportunity for a Semi-skilled Mechanic/Labourer.

Located in Hull, and working in the vehicle recycling sector, this is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work and will lead to permanent for the successful candidate.

Benefits:

• £11.44 per hour (+ holiday pay)
• Excellent working hours – 8am to 4.30pm, (3.30pm finish on Friday)
• 39 hours/week
• Overtime paid at £17.16 per hour when required

Duties:

• De-polluting vehicles prior to reclaim/salvage, including removing oil and fuel filters etc
• Removal of vehicle batteries, tyres and other salvageable parts
• General Labouring

Some previous vehicle mechanics experience or qualification is preferred.
