Semi Skilled Workshop Labourer

Overview:
We are seeking a semi/skilled labourer to join our team. As a semi/skilled labourer, you will be responsible for cutting and assembling various components. This is a hands-on role that requires general knowledge of basic measuring skills and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and dimensions
- Utilize Woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools to cut and assemble materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings/cutting lists
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Meet required dispatch dates on products

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Comply with all HSE requirements

Experience:
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with wood working machinery, hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/cutting lists
- Knowledge of timber work is preferred
- Strong attention to details & good communication skills

- Forklift experience beneficial but not essential
