Our client a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services/Accountancy Membership Body is currently recruiting for a SEN Access Manager to work hybrid at their Milton Keynes Offices.
The Role of SEN Access Manager
To lead the Access Arrangements department. You will have managerial responsibility for the Access Arrangements team, leading the development and implementation of Access Arrangements for all exams. You will ensure Access Arrangements are compliant with legislation; and processes, policies and systems are fit for purpose and applied in a consistent, fair, and reasonable manner.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required
Previous managerial experience would be highly desirable. This role requires leadership skills and competencies.
Knowledge of the Equality Act and GDPR is essential.
Prior experience with Access Arrangements or medically advised reasonable adjustments is essential.
Qualified healthcare or educational background with SEN is highly desirable.
Experience of handling complaints is desirable.
