SEN Care Support Workers

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal Care Support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Adhere to and help implement good behavioural standards.
- Quickly build strong, positive relationships with pupils.
- Offer academic support as well as emotional and physical assistance to pupils.
- Work effectively with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, tailoring support to individual needs.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (term time only)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Outdoor or health and safety qualifications are desirable.
- Training opportunities in outdoor education are available.

Requirements:
- To work with Teaching Personnel, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided if you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £38 plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
