?? The Role: As a Remote SEN Casework Officer, you will play a pivotal role in championing the rights of children with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of SEN cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to families, schools, and other stakeholders involved in the SEN process.
- Collaborating with local authorities and educational professionals to secure appropriate support and accommodations for children with SEN.
- Advocating tirelessly for the needs and rights of children with SEN, ensuring they receive the education and support they deserve.
�? What We're Looking For: We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience working in SEN casework or a related field, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and advocate effectively for children with SEN.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive positive outcomes.
- The flexibility to work remotely and independently, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
