SEN LECTURER

£35,050 - £38,845 PER ANNUM PERMANENT, FULL-TIMEAre you an experienced Lecturer looking for a rewarding new role?About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate SEN Lecturer to join our Specialist College where we provide unique learning and work opportunities for individuals aged 19-25 who have special educational and complex needs. Your role will be to prepare, plan and deliver imaginative and effective sessions as well as being responsible for the assessment, recording and reporting on our learners' progress. You will deliver high quality teaching following best practice models whilst assessing the emotional, pastoral and spiritual needs of the learners to prepare them for adulthood. About you We are looking for someone with;

• Previous experience and a passion for working with young adults with SEN
• Creative approach and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan effective lessons and skilfully differentiate based on individual needs
• Knowledge of vocational and work related learning programmes
• Strong academic record with a relevant teaching qualification and knowledge of the Ofsted framework
