?? Locations: South Croydon (Primary Site) & South Norwood (Secondary Site)
?? Daily Rate: Competitive and variable based on experience and qualifications
?? Start Date: April 2024
?? Duration: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
This is your chance to support and empower young individuals aged 5 to 19 facing challenges related to Autism Spectrum Conditions and Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs.
Your Role In A Nutshell:
- Foster resilient and confident learners
- Strategize to avoid sensory triggers
- Safeguard welfare and personal development
- Address key issues impacting attendance and engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in SEN settings (ASC and SEMH)
- Knowledge of behavior management and safeguarding
- Familiarity with legislation and reporting systems
- Effective communication and reporting skills
