Job Overview
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and demanding, requires high levels of attention to detail and a good work ethic. Having good communication skills both on the phone and email as well as being able to work under pressure are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To source candidates for school based roles using candidate databases and various job boards
- Helping with admin and compliance duties the department requires.
- Liaising with candidates regarding the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job they are applying for
- Negotiating salary rates and closing the deal Develop a strong understanding of our processes and systems
- Working towards and exceeding targets Helping to build the team
