A lovely school in Slough are looking for a SEN Specialist to join their team in September. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Specialist who has experience with SEN/ASD/ADHD. In the position of SEN Specialist , you will be valued as a vital team member and will be supported in your own individual success and well-being.
This SEN Specialist role in Slough will be working with a Year 6 pupil 1:1 who has ASD and ADHD. Your role as SEN Specialist may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
