Pay: £11.68 – £14.52 hourly
The ideal educator will:
- Be confident and passionate about providing the best learning support for children aged 11-16 with Special Educational Needs.
- Have great behaviour management skills with exceptional communication and be confident supporting a child 1:1.
- Be flexible, adaptable and able to demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
- Have an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through us).
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Up to date safeguarding training is desirable but not imperative as we can offer training.
- Experience in following the National Curriculum is preferable.
