Creative Teachers is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join a fantastic SEN school in Fareham. As a SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs

- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth

- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement personalized learning plans

- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

- Collaborate with outside agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with special educational needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Experience working with students with special educational needs

- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
