Supply desk are seeking an outstanding nurturing, vibrant SEN teacher to work closely pupils with complex learning difficultuies in a school in the St Albans area.The school is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced SEN school teacher with a proven track record of success in the classroom. Which involves working 1:1 or with small groups of students from variety of ages, providing a personalised learning approach to get ensure students become happy and confident in their different learning pathways.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to create a conducive and positive learning environment
- Empathy, sensitivity and compassion
- Strong interpersonal and leaderships qualities to engage students, parents and other professionals in the educational system

- Sensitivity and understanding.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to work well with others.
- The ability to create the best conditions for learning or teaching new things.
- Organise and provide instruction at a variety of different levels to children who have emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties or physical disabilities.
