Reeson Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a primary school in Croydon. This full-time position requires an immediate start to support and enhance the learning experience of students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a holistic learning environment.
• Implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address specific learning requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes students' well-being and development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an SEN Teacher, particularly in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of a variety of Special Educational Needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
