Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide ongoing assessment of students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles. Requirements needed to become a SEN Teacher: A passion for working with children with SEN and a genuine desire to make a difference in their life.
