Reed Education are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students' speech and language development to work in a lovely school in Cambridge.  
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
 

• Provides personalised support, collaborating closely with teachers and professionals to tailor interventions that meet each student's unique needs, fostering progress and success.
• Approaching their work with empathy and kindness, our Teaching Assistants fosters a safe and inclusive environment. They collaborate with the educational team, parents, and professionals to optimise student support.
• Unlock the power of effective communication.  

The ideal candidate:
 

• Previous experience of working with children (Preferable but NOT essential)
• Experience of working with children with SEN (Preferable but NOT essential)
• Passion to work with children.
• Confident and reliable
