Are you a qualified SEN Teacher seeking a fresh challenge in a primary school within Newham? If so, we have an exciting opening for you!
We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our warm and supportive team as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with a small group of pupils who have special educational needs, including conditions such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student. Additionally, you\'ll collaborate closely with fellow staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for your pupils.
Requirements for this role
- A recognized teaching qualification
- Prior experience teaching SEN pupils in a primary school setting
- A solid understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and adaptable approach
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
