Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Willingness to work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Support SEN pupils with behavioural needs.
• Proactive and able to stay busy throughout the day.
• Collaborate effectively within a large team and continuously develop skills.
• Engaging and outgoing demeanour, particularly with hard-to-reach pupils and those facing challenges such as disengagement or mental health difficulties.
• Flexible approach to job responsibilities throughout the day.

• Overseas Police Check required for candidates residing outside the UK for more than 6 months in the past 5 years.
