We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are willing to work with SEN Children in mainstream primary schools in the Middleton and surrounding area. You will be supporting young pupils in a full-time position (8.30 AM -3.30 PM - Monday to Friday).

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Assist with classroom management to create an inclusive learning environment.
Support children in developing daily living skills for increased independence.
Monitor and report on the child's progress to facilitate appropriate adjustments in support.
Requirements:
A good understanding of the national Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Curriculums.
Willingness and ability to adapt in response to changing circumstances.
To be a supportive member of the SEND team.
The ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding.
The confidence to evaluate learning needs and actively seek new teaching methods.
