SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with class teachers to deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning requirements.
- Providing one-to-one assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring their progress and development.
- Creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources.
- Nurturing students' social and emotional growth, promoting a positive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for SEN TAs:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous for SEN TAs.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate students with special educational needs.
