Key Responsibilities: ??
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, primarily autism
- Assisting classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities
- Supporting students in developing social skills and independence
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
Requirements: ?
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably autism
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in SEN or education, desirable but not essential
