We are looking for a SEND Lead Worker to work in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The role will be to start as soon as possible. Initially contracted for 3 months and then a rolling contract after that.
You will be working 37 hours per week.
The role offers hybrid working, this will be 50% office working and 50% working from home.
Responsibilities:
- As a SEND Lead Worker, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the review and monitoring process of Education, Health, and Care plans (EHCP).
- Your responsibilities will encompass efficiently managing administrative functions within these statutory processes and meeting crucial statutory deadlines.
- In this role, you will identify when specialist involvement is necessary and establish the appropriate contacts.
Requirements:
- We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who are highly organised and possess extensive experience in partnership with children, young people, and their families, particularly those with SEND.
- You must hold a minimum of a level 4 recognised qualification and a minimum of two years of experience in early years, social care, health, or education.
