Requirements:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or desire to undertake the training.
* Thorough understanding of the UK curriculum
* Ability to provide tailored support to meet the child's individual needs.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with children to provide one-on-one support in both academic and behavioural areas.
* Assist with lesson planning and implementing strategies to meet educational goals.
* Monitor progress and adjust support as needed to ensure the child's success.
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
