Your Role:
Classroom Leadership: Lead engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational requirements.
Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a supportive community around each learner.
Progress Monitoring: Implement and evaluate Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to track and celebrate the progress of each student.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting teaching methods and approaches to accommodate the individual learning styles of students.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ideally with experience in special education.
Knowledge and understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities.
Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
