Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting the educational development of children, including those with special needs such as autism. The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers and children, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing quality education.
Responsibilities:- Provide care and support to toddlers and children in an educational setting- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for children with special needs, including those with autism
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children
- Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities tailored to children's needsExperience:
- Previous experience working with toddlers and children is essential
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with autism is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
