Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Blackley, Manchester
Hours: 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Role and Responsibilities
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at our school, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and assistance to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Supporting students in their learning and personal development, both in and out of the classroom.
- Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, ensuring their well-being and progress.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who possesses:
- Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
