We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our agency's pool of professionals, ready to support special needs schools in providing quality education and care. We are actively seeking both ad-hoc staff for daily cover and long-term supply staff. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teachers to support students with special needs in their academic, social, and emotional development. - Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. - Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their engagement and progress. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and self-confidence. - Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education. Requirements: - Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in special needs schools or similar settings. - Knowledge of various learning disabilities and strategies to support individual needs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with special needs. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with diverse student populations INDLON
