As a key member of our new High Needs Block Sustainability Strategy team, you'll proactively shape strategies and co-design projects in the Wiltshire SEND system. Alongside key stakeholders, you’ll be contributing to our mission: improving outcomes for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), maintaining quality and mitigating financial risks to make sure that the council is able to continue supporting children and young people in Wiltshire.
This dynamic role will involve leading Transformation Projects, delivering change on time and to budget, and guiding stakeholders through service redesign to ensure our programmes are informed by quality insights.
Showcase your track record of delivering transformative change in a complex environment, alongside a positive approach focussed on problem-solving. Your talent in developing strong relationships, collaborative approaches, and engaging with a diverse range of external stakeholders will be essential.
