Job Purpose
Support the Senior Academy (15s-21s) in making sure the academy has players ready to graduate into the first team. To maximise the potential of U15-U21 players, giving individuals the best chance of earning professional contracts.
Report to
Report directly to Head of Coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead on the individual learning plans & reviews for U18s age group players Contribute to the Individual Learning Plans for the U15s & U16s age group players Support the U15s-U18s coaching programme outlined in the club s Academy Performance Plan Support the U15s-18s Games Programme Help create an Extras Culture for the players to maximize their available development time Utilise the Multi-Disciplinary support departments to maximise the programme s potential to develop the U15s-U21s players Collaborate with Head of Education to support SEP and HE qualifications each U18 has enrolled on Contribute to daily and weekly planning meetings aligned to the individual learning plans Show positive IMPACT on the academy through self-development, player development and programme development Assess performance of U15s-U21s players every 10 weeks Contribute to the sign, release and retain decisions of scholarships and PDP players Complete all Kitman Labs requirements Aim for self-development by participating in internal and external CPD events Have accountability and responsibility for safeguarding at all times. UEFA B Licence Advanced Youth Award EFAiF FA Child Protection Certificate Full DBS Desirable
