Senior Account Manager - £40,000 - South Manchester (Hybrid)

My client is a Digital Marketing agency that specialises in all things PPC, Digital PR, Paid Social and SEO, helping their clients make noise above the competition and stand out in a crowded room. They work with super cool clients across a variety of industries too - we're talking luxury fashion to local cheese-markers.

The Role: Senior Account Manager

This is a recently created role to help better serve their existing clients to truly understand how they can partner together to accelerate their digital presence. In this role you will be managing projects for existing clients - you will nurture these existing relationships (don't worry, no pitching and winning new clients, they have BDMs to do that) to advise on strategy and upsell the agencies services.

This is a great role for anyone that is a social butterfly and loves getting out and about to meet clients and build strong relationships with them. Ideally you will come from a PPC/SEO/Marketing background yourself so you can bridge the gap between clients and their expectations, and the internal teams that do the doing.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a new client-services function - bring your experience and shape it to make it the best it can be!
• Identify ways to increase revenue spend from clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to retain them
• Plan the teams resource to ensure projects are delivered as expected
• Line manage an Account Exec that you will also mentor to become a SUPERSTAR Account Manager
• Support with pricing projects and report on billings each month
