The Role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders at our clients by identifying any issues/improvements and providing solutions.
• Regularly review all current processes and systems in place at our clients and look for innovative methods to aid continuous improvement.
• Planning, executing, and monitoring the recruitment cycle and activities to reach client expectations.
• Achieve and exceed client expectations by producing and reviewing KPI’s, conducting regular review meetings, fulfilling any required SLA’s and other contract requirements.
• Ensuring all adverts are placed on the correct platforms to maximise exposure and response.
• Maintaining consistently high standards in terms of performance and behaviour to set the correct example.
• Support, guide and educate less experienced colleagues in terms of our processes and systems.
• Provide clear feedback to colleagues in a professional manner to aid their development.
• Adherence to relevant recruitment and corporate legislation
• Adherence to all company policies and processes to ensure you do not bring the company into disrepute.

The Candidate

• Experience of working as a Senior Account Manager is essential
• You will have experience of managing and leading a team.
• You will have experience of working with SLAS and KPIS 
• Work to a consistently high standard, minimizing errors.
• Understand the business’ needs and priorities, prioritising daily workload accordingly.
• Ability to work independently escalating issues when level of own competence exceeded.
• Excellent numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
