Description
Client Leadership: Act as the lead point of contact for client accounts, managing the delivery of projects and maintaining strong relationships.
Project Oversight: Attend client meetings, oversee project delivery, and produce content plans, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget execution.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal teams to set targets aligned with client strategies, generate innovative ideas, and support month-on-month strategies.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign results internally and externally, seeking and acting upon client feedback.
Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients, identify areas for improvement, and support the Managing Director in producing new business proposals.
Financial Management: Forecast and track key financials for each client account/project, ensuring delivery within agreed hours and timely invoicing.
