We have a fantastic opportunity for an (Senior) Account Manager to join one of the largest events suppliers in the UK!
THE COMPANY
Partnering with some of the most iconic, large scale event venues as well as events including The Olympics and COP26 this company supply a huge range of event seating solutions, furniture and accessories. Predominately supplying to events in the UK with some support for international events as well they are the go to supplier for venues, event agencies, sporting organisations and more.
Due to some exciting and ongoing growth, they are now seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join the team and work across their diverse calendar of events with a huge range of clients.
THE ROLE
In this busy role you will act as the first point of client contact and be responsible for creating lasting relationships with clients and ensuring you deliver a seamless service from their initial enquiry
Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing client relationships and understanding their requirements
• Creating bespoke quotations
• Collaborating and coordinating with internal divisions
• Maximising the profitability of events where possible
• Attending events onsite to develop client relationships
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients in order to supply to major UK events. Experience or an understanding of the events market is essential as well as a passion to provide excellent customer service.
